TSE-KAO Ice Cream Parlor is a fantastic new addition to Ventnor! They have some of the freshest water ice I’ve had in years. I tried the lemonade water ice, and unlike the big-name brands that are often way too sugary, this had the perfect balance—light, refreshing, and incredibly flavorful. I honestly couldn’t stop eating it. My wife felt the same way about the chocolate water ice she had—rich, smooth, and absolutely delicious. You can really taste the quality here. If you’re in Ventnor and want a refreshing treat, this place is definitely worth a stop! Located 1 S Victoria Ave

The best peanut butter EVERYTHING I ever had. We also tried a strawberry milkshake, oreo milkshake and fresh strawberry ice-cream. Everything was delicious, filled with flavor. Super clean and welcoming. You can tell heart and soul is poured in.

Was driving by and saw the eye catching signs, had to check it out! My sister got the Mint Pineapple and I got the Pistachio Chocolate special. Both were 1000/10!! Best homemade ice cream we have ever had!! Staff was incredibly friendly and so welcoming!! Definitely will be coming back!
